Tracy O’Rourke
Tracy recently retired from 30+ years of teaching pre-K, elementary and middle school. Her last several years before retirement, she spent them developing and implementing a Palm Beach County middle school animal education Choice program, with an array of classroom reptiles and mammals. Besides owning several furry exotics throughout her life, Tracy currently owns three dogs, two cats, seven chinchillas and a 100 lb. tortoise. She also has a hubby and a grown daughter. Since working at The Bird and Exotic Hospital, Tracy has found a new passion combining the best of both worlds, working with both people and exotic animals!
Marianne Hyderkhan
Originally from Indiana, and with more than 15 years in the field, Marianne is one of out two our rockstar client service representatives who has a passion for people and animals. Having previously lived in the other 3 corners of the USA: Washington, Upstate New York and California; Marianne finally moved to Florida in 2011. She is extremely charismatic and loves to make sure everyone has a great time when visiting the hospital. She has a love for all animals but is particularly obsessed with felines and avians.
